Biscuit diamant 💞 à la praline
Recette pour une vingtaine de biscuits :
1) cremez 110g de beurre avec 50g de sucre glace
2) ajoutez 1 jaune d oeuf + vanille en poudre
3) ajoutez 135g de farine + 1 pincée de sel + 10 pralines concassées
4) formez un boudin et le saupoudrez de sucre cristal, l envelopper dans du cellophane et hop au frais 1h où 15 min au congel ( étape importante pour la cuisson)
5) découpez votre boudin 1cm, cuisson 180° 15 min
